Are your customers celebrities? Not a traditional celebrity with a physical entourage, network tv show, movie deals, daily tabloid stories or anything in that realm. They may talk about fishing gear, make-up or cars, maybe just where they're going on Saturday night.
Do you know who these customer celebrities are? Do they talk about your brand in the social world?
